Plant Shipping Policy:

To ensure your plants arrive healthy and fresh, all plant orders ship Monday-Wednesday only. This prevents plants from sitting in transit over the weekend. Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of being placed (Monday-Wednesday shipping schedule).

Winter Shipping: If you are purchasing plants during the winter months, please be mindful of upcoming weather conditions. We strongly recommend adding a heat pack to your order to protect your plants from cold damage during transit. Heat packs are available for purchase and must be added to your cart separately - they will not be automatically included. Only one heat pack per box is needed.

Shipping Stress: Plants may experience minor shipping stress but should recover with proper care and acclimation to their new environment.

Temperature Disclaimer: We are not responsible for plants damaged by extreme temperatures during shipping. We do our best to package plants safely, but we cannot control weather conditions or shipping delays. Please consider local pickup during extreme weather.

Local Pickup: We also offer free local pickup in Charles City, IA, which is a great option to avoid shipping stress on your plants, especially during extreme weather!
