  • We guarantee that all plants are healthy at the time of shipment
  • Plant sizes are approximate and based on pot size
  • Handmade items (macrame, propagation stations) may have slight variations as each piece is unique

3. Pricing and Payment

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Live plants cannot be returned once shipped unless they arrive damaged or dead
  • Photos must be provided within 48 hours of delivery for damaged plant claims
  • Handmade items can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition

7. Subscription Orders

  • Flower subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable
  • Subscription dates are scheduled after purchase
  • We reserve the right to substitute flowers based on seasonal availability
  • Subscriptions cannot be transferred or resold
